Could not be happier with the final product.If you are looking for a unique design and quality product, this is the company to choose! We have all heard the horror stories when it comes to pool companies, but RCP is really the best! They did an amazing job on our pool.Not sure if we were the exception, but the personal attention from owners Matt and Nancy was not our usual experience in South Florida construction – they are honest and do business the right way.Don’t get me wrong, we had a few minor bumps along the process, as one would expect with such a big project, but the few we did were addressed / resolved in a timely manner with no nickel and diming! Matt is a straight shooter and I personally really appreciated this.To sum it up:1) Would I use them again: absolutely! (already thinking of my next project)2) Cost: Not cheapest but based on the end results, worth the difference. Again, no nickel and diming – the price you get quoted is the price you pay.3) Recommend: Yes4) Overall experience: Quality! Quality! I almost never leave a review for anything , but after reading some of the negative reviews for Right Choice Pools, I felt so compelled to write one because our experience couldn’t have been any better!!!We needed to remodel our pool. We called Matt Barrass at RIGHT CHOICE POOLS on Monday to schedule someone to come out and give us an estimate and we agreed on the price. We chose some nice colors, French Gray for the plaster, which Nancy recommended with cobalt blue glass beads. After scheduling the work, on a Friday morning the crew arrived on time. Every time that RCP left, there were no signs anywhere that they were in our backyard. They cleaned up everything before they left!!! Matt called / followed up with us every couple of days to check and see how everything went and we told him that we couldn’t believe how quickly everything was done and were shocked at how clean they left everything. Matt told us that his guys take great pride in respecting their customer’s property and always leave the job sites clean.We cannot stress how wonderful the whole process was from start to finish and how happy we are with both the quality of work and customer service we received from Matt and Right Choice Pools!!! Do yourself a huge favor & call Matt at RCP. After getting the 2 other bids for our new pool besides the proposal from Right Choice Pools, we called Matt to take him up on his “PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE” offer & see if he would meet with us to go over all 3 bids side by side & review them all line. When Matt did the comparison we were shocked about how many differences that he found from RCP to the other 2 bids, & I mean money related differences.
