I went shopping for a pool and I was fortunate to be referred to Right Choice Pools. I met Matt Barrass the owner and I was pleased to meet such a well-spoken and professional man, especially since the previous 3 companies left me wondering did I really want to do this. Matt was up front and took his time to explain his whole process to ensure X understood. Little did he know that this was my second pool and I had experience with this already. He also put everything in writing from day one with no hidden surprises. Being former Law Enforcement for over 30 years in Miami-Dade County I’ve seen many scams and not once did I ever get any indication of anything but sincerity. My pool was started on 5-17-2013 and completed 8-01-2013, so if you do the math this pool was done very quickly despite a 5 week delay because the fence contractor X hired submitted his plans incorrectly. Matt even tried to help the fence contractor even though he didn’t have to. Matt was also always available via cell phone or text, which is rare these days unfortunately and was on top of my project from start to finish. His workers from the concrete to the tile and paver installers were not only professional but there quality of work and product were outstanding.
