I hired Matt again for the 2nd time mainly because I know that I can trust and count on the fact that Matt will do a great job. Plus Matt is always available whenever I call or text him. I bought an amazing new home with very old & outdated pool, spa & deck & RIGHT CHOICE POOLS DID A GREAT JOB! It was a big / large custom remodel and I knew that Matt and Nancy would do a good job and that’s exactly what they did and It looks really really great! Ok – from the beginning of this new pool process, there are some bad reviews out there, but mostly about time. Let me just say it does take longer to build a pool than I thought, but not just for Matt, but for everyone, but It’s the end results that really matter, I sent Matt some photos to post of our gorgeous pool so everyone can see just how beautiful it is. It’s better than I even thought it would be HI There were a couple of times that I wanted to change stuff but Nancy and Matt simply wouldn’t let me lol -1 would have ruined this whole project if they had let me! Nancy helped make great choices that gave me everything on my wish list. That’s a tall order cuz I’m very picky. I can’t thank them enough and that’s why I’m writing this candid review. We recently got our pool done by Right Choice Pools and Spas!!!! We are very happy with the outcome and how great this company has been with us. We did have an issue of the order of the deck not arriving in time, but the company provided us with a better solution to solve the issue and satisfy their customer. They are understanding and helpful when giving the customer information and details on the duration of the pool, how it will be built, materials used, etc. As a customer, I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to built their dream pool/spa. I was personally brought to Right Choice Pools by a friend (strong referral). The showroom has enough choice to allow one to pick what they want, yet not so much as to create confusion. Matt personally walked us through the product choices and explained the pros and cons of each. Emphasis was on choosing correctly versus selling. We ultimately added salt chlorination during the project with no pressure from the company. Matt explained the potential additional cost areas and encouraged that the contract be read carefully. Nancy reviewed our choices from a design perspective. Cosmetic improvements, such as placing tile on the top of the steps were recommended during the process and enhanced the look of the pool. The pool remodel is now finished and looks good. The heavy mess was cleaned up as the job progressed. I have had two follow up conversations with Matt since the job has completed; you get to talk to the owner. We must wait one month to begin using the salt chlorination system and we are eager to try the new system. The review serves as a referral. Pembroke Pines, Fl

They built me a beautiful pool and despite my lapsed warranty, they came back out to fix some settling on my pool deck pavers. They followed through and kept their word. Not every contractor would do that a year after. That deserves commendation and recognition! Ft. Lauderdale, Fl
